- Our team needs a sharp technical writer to create documentation and web content supporting our growing software product line. As our new Technical Web Content Specialist, you’ll take ownership of documentation, training materials, website updates, and some marketing copy. **Core Responsibilities:** * Craft and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our software products, including user manuals, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides. * Develop engaging web content, including blog posts, case studies, and website copy, that educates and informs our target audience about our software products. * Work closely with our product development team to understand new features and functionality, and translate technical information into user-friendly content. * Update and maintain our existing web content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO effectiveness.
