Your Mission at the Core At its foundation, your role as a Business Writer will revolve around taking technical data, information, and frameworks to craft easily accessible and digestible documentation. The output of this role will range from internal knowledge bases to customer-facing tutorials, you’ll be creating materials that empower everyone to excel using our tech. A love of and aptitude to understand complex software and platforms will serve you well.
Deliverables That Will Be Expected of the Position:
- Content Creation Excellence: Produce a wide range of documents, including but not limited to user guides, API documentation, training materials, and internal process outlines.

- Industry exposure as a Business Writer, Content Writer, Technical Writer, or a related capacity.
- Proven talent in producing diverse content from the beginning of the drafting process to final touches.
- A background using a suite of documentation tools such as Confluence, documentation repositories, or similar programs that allow a user to manage a lot of content with various users.
- Understanding the nuances of software development and the complexities associated with software platforms.
- Phenomenal communications skills both when communicating with team members and articulating processes into the written word.
