This includes everything from user guides and API references to troubleshooting articles and code samples. • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Create tutorials, code samples, and other resources to help users understand and utilize our software.

  • Contribute to the development of documentation standards and best practices.
  • Adapt documentation style to different audiences (developers, end-users, internal teams).
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our software products and related technologies.
  • Contribute to our internal knowledge base.

Desired Experience: The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrable history in technical writing, with a portfolio of sample documentation.

  • Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems (e.g., Confluence, Markdown).
  • Solid understanding of API documentation and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

Foundational Training: The Academic View

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, technical writing, or a related discipline is generally expected, but equivalent real-world aptitude is also heavily weighted.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive contract rates, reflecting your level of expertise.
  • Remote work flexibility – set your own hours.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture, dedicated to helping you succeed.
  • Professional growth and development opportunities as our company expands.
  • Direct impact on the user experience of our software products.
