This role demands a candidate who can translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for a diverse audience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, and troubleshooting materials.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and customer support teams to gather information and understand project requirements.
  • Create clear, concise, and accurate content that meets the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage documentation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to established standards.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our software products and the healthcare industry.
  • Employ innovative techniques for presenting information, including visual aids, flowcharts, and diagrams.
  • Solicit and incorporate feedback from internal teams and customers to continuously improve documentation.
  • Stay current with industry best practices in technical writing and documentation.

Required Expertise:

  • A minimum of three years of professional involvement in technical writing or related disciplines.
  • Solid comprehension of software development methodologies and processes.
  • Impressive competence in utilizing documentation tools like MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Outstanding ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand language.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Previous exposure in a software company, especially one specializing in healthcare.
  • Academic history with a Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related area.
  • An eagerness to keep abreast of changing technology and industry best practices.
