Key Responsibilities
- Create and revise technical documentation for our suite of software products, including user manuals, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to gain a deep understanding of our products and new feature updates.
- Translate complex technical jargon into clear, easily understood language for a diverse audience.
- Ensure all documentation meets our high standards for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Work to improve the organization and accessibility of existing documentation based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Maintain our style guide and other resources, guaranteeing uniformity in both terminology and tone across all documentation.
- Proactively seek opportunities to refine processes and adopt best practices for the creation, delivery, and maintenance of our content.
Professional Qualifications
- Proven skill in technical writing, ideally showcased through a strong portfolio of sample documents.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar platforms.
