As our technical writing professional, your day-to-day will encompass turning complex engineering data, API functionalities, and sophisticated software operations into user-friendly manuals, tutorials, and knowledge-base content. We want you to develop a deep understanding of the AgTech space so the products can be described with precision. **What you will do:** * Write and update technical documentation for precision farming software and hardware, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides. * Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to gather information and validate content accuracy. * Develop clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation that caters to different user skill levels, from novice farmers to seasoned agricultural engineers. * Create multimedia content, such as video tutorials and interactive simulations, to enhance user learning and engagement. * Maintain documentation repositories and ensure that all content is up-to-date, well-organized, and accessible to internal and external stakeholders. * Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve documentation quality and usability. * Contribute to the development of documentation standards, style guides, and best practices. * Adapt technical writing style to suit different document types and user groups. * Proactively identify gaps in existing documentation and propose solutions. **Capabilities that Shine:** * Background in technical writing, instructional design, or a related field.
