We are seeking a contractor with a proven history of working with software documentation, API documentation, and knowledge base articles, preferably within the healthcare sector. **What You'll Do** * Craft comprehensive documentation suites for our existing and upcoming products. * Create detailed API documentation and developer tutorials, helping engineers build with our technologies. * Collaborate directly with subject matter experts, product managers, and engineers to grasp product features and functionalities deeply. * Turn detailed technical specifications into easy-to-understand guides. * Develop and maintain our online knowledge base, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and how-to articles. * Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of documentation and refine strategies for enhancement. * Ensure adherence to document governance practices. * Perform testing on internal content and tools to highlight areas of concern and drive improvements in workflow and delivery. * Write software testing procedures, manage defects, and oversee QA activities across programs. * Act as a team lead in cross-functional efforts on testing and requirements definition. **Core Qualifications** * Professional journey in technical writing, information technology, or related field. * Practical mastery of document tools and content management systems.
