Our success hinges on the ability to explain complex concepts with crystal clarity, transforming intricate details into digestible information for our diverse audience.

Your central goal is to translate multifaceted technical specs into accessible user guides, training materials, and API documentation. You will collaborate directly with our software engineers, product managers, and customer success teams to ensure documentation accuracy and utility. This position provides an incredible chance to mold our communication strategy, influence our product adoption rates, and impact overall customer contentment.

What you’ll do:

  • Author comprehensive user manuals and help guides tailored for different audience skill levels.
  • Construct thorough API documentation with code samples and functional diagrams.
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide documentation insights and feasibility.
  • Consistently update documentation in response to evolving product releases and user feedback.
  • Spearhead projects to restructure existing documentation for enhanced clarity and usability.
  • Formulate and implement innovative ways to convey information using various formats (video tutorials, interactive PDFs, etc.).

Essential capabilities for success:

  • Robust technical aptitude; comfortable exploring complex software architectures.
  • A proven capacity to synthesize information from diverse sources and articulate clearly.
  • Fluency with contemporary documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, Git).
  • Exceptional command over grammar, syntax, and overall written eloquence.
  • Effective project leadership skills—ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.

Desired assets:

  • Background with software development processes (Agile/Scrum).
  • Prior exposure to API documentation best practices.
  • An online portfolio exhibiting demonstrable documentation expertise.
  • Knowledge of emerging industry trends within content creation/delivery spaces.

What We Offer:

Beyond just compensation, we furnish an environment promoting continuous self-improvement and professional progression. Benefits encapsulate competitive salaries, inclusive healthcare packages, generous paid time off schemes, substantial contributions towards retirement plans (401K matching), ample learning opportunities (certifications/conferences/training workshops), modern office setups outfitted with cutting edge technology—all coupled synergistically cultivating innovation-centric work cultures emphasizing diversity while maintaining sustainable work-life harmony. Also, we occasionally cater lunches from local Irving spots!
