If you are energized by crafting high-impact messaging campaigns and possess a strong command of the English language, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. This isn't just about churning out copy; it's about understanding the psychology of engagement, crafting compelling narratives, and building lasting relationships with our audience through personalized communication.

Your Daily Objectives

  • Compose clear, concise, and persuasive copy for email campaigns, website content, marketing materials, and internal documents.
  • Develop email marketing strategies, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Proofread and edit all written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Analyze data and trends to optimize email campaigns for increased engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain and update email lists and marketing databases.
  • Research industry trends and best practices to improve content quality and strategy.
  • Assist in developing style guidelines to enforce brand voice.
  • Organize a library of evergreen content assets.
  • Assist with generating lead-generation landing page copy.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

  • Demonstrated abilities in both email marketing and business writing.
  • Working familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign). Practical knowledge of marketing automation preferred.
  • A keen eye for detail and impeccable proofreading skills.
  • A passion for understanding our company, audience, and products.
  • Ability to write concisely and persuasively while adopting distinct tones-of-voice.
  • Mastery of AP style guidelines and other grammar-related tools.
  • Excellent time-management abilities.
  • Background working with analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics).

Scholarly Preparation A bachelor's level intellectual foundation, particularly in the fields of Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Coursework that sharpens intellectual capabilities will enhance your effectiveness in this dynamic position. The more rigorous your scholarly background, the better equipped you will be.
