Our rapidly expanding pharmaceutical client in Boston needs a meticulous and articulate part-time Medical Writer to contribute to our regulatory documentation efforts. As a vital member of our clinical team, your words will be instrumental in conveying essential information to regulatory bodies, healthcare professionals, and patients.

Your Impactful Contributions

  • Drafting, reviewing, and editing clinical study reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
  • Creating compelling and evidence-based product monographs, white papers, and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including clinical research, data management, and medical affairs.
  • Conducting literature reviews and synthesizing scientific data to support medical writing projects.
  • Maintaining awareness of current medical and pharmaceutical industry trends and regulations.
  • Formatting documents according to specified style guides and submission requirements.

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a scientific discipline, such as biology, pharmacology, or related field.
  • A background in medical writing, particularly with clinical study reports or regulatory documents.
