As we expand our reach and deepen our impact, we are looking for a detail-oriented Grant Writer to join our passionate team on a part-time, remote basis. Your core function will be to identify, develop, and submit grant proposals to secure funding that fuels our programs. This is an ideal opportunity to make a tangible difference in your community while honing your grant writing skills. **Your Impact on Our Mission:** * Conduct meticulous research to identify grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies that align with our organizational priorities. Your investigative ability will be essential in determining where we can secure the funding needed. * Craft compelling and persuasive grant proposals that clearly articulate our organization's mission, programs, and impact, tailored to each funder's guidelines and priorities. Storytelling is vital. * Maintain a detailed grant calendar and tracking system to ensure timely submission of proposals and reporting requirements. We stay on top of every deadline. * Collaborate with program staff and leadership to gather information, data, and testimonials necessary for grant applications. Collaboration is critical. * Manage and cultivate relationships with grant program officers and foundation representatives. Good rapport is crucial. * Prepare and submit grant reports in a timely and accurate manner. This includes the preparation of financial and narrative progress reports. **Experience That Matters to Us:** * A professional journey that includes grant writing experience.
