Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of funding prospects. * **Narrative Development**: Craft compelling and persuasive narratives that effectively communicate our organization's mission, programs, and impact. Tailor each grant proposal to resonate with specific funder priorities. * **Proposal Composition**: Prepare and submit high-quality grant proposals, ensuring adherence to all guidelines, deadlines, and requirements. Manage the entire grant lifecycle, from initial research to final submission. * **Relationship Cultivation**: Build and maintain strong relationships with foundation program officers and corporate giving representatives. Attend relevant networking events to broaden our outreach and foster partnerships. * **Reporting and Stewardship**: Prepare timely and accurate progress reports for funders, showcasing the impact of their investment. Collaborate with program staff to gather data and track key performance indicators. * **Collaborative Content Creation**: Partner with internal teams to craft impactful case studies, testimonials, and visual content to enrich grant proposals. **Ideal Candidate Profile** We are looking for a resourceful and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of successful grant writing.
